The "Bistrot Augustin" is located in the lively and emblematic district of rue Daguerre in Paris.

In a chic and contemporary bistro, Chef Vincent Deyres, formerly of the Villa Corse, proposes a bistronomic cuisine with a Carte Menu (starter dessert at 38 €) which changes every month but also suggestions of the day such as the terrine of pheasant pheasant or its "already famous" rib of pig grilled and purée to the juices of truffles.

Julien, Eva and the entire team of "Bistrot Augustin" will be happy to welcome you from Monday to Saturday from 8am to midnight
